9am Sunday morning (5th Nov).
This is NY Marathon Day, which runs right outside the Blue Room, so things may be busy outside and inside the bar - allow extra time to get there. I think the race begins at 8am on Staten Island, so it won't be that bad at 9am, but there will be street/bridge closures, barriers on sidewalks, etc so who knows.
